The Brownwood family has taken the opportunity to announce that its Brownwood logo will be on the new generation of cars and motorcycles that will debut in 2018.
The brand, which has made a name for itself in the automotive market, has also made a splash in the bike world, launching its iconic Chittagan Concept and winning a World Bike Championships title in 2016.
Chittagot-based Harley-Davidson, meanwhile, has announced that it will launch its own new generation motorcycles in 2019.
“It is a very exciting time for our business, with new models in the pipeline, and we are confident that the Brownwoods will be a part of that, with our commitment to creating the finest motorcycles available,” said Harley-Davidsons chairman, chief executive, and founder Harley Davidson, who has also invested in several motorcycle brands, including Chittags Dornier, Suzuki and Yamaha.
In the wake of the announcement, the Brownridges have started talking to potential new customers and investors, including the likes of BMW, which is expected to unveil a new model in 2019, and General Motors, which will unveil a brand new model for 2019.
“We have made a significant investment in the Chittagon brand over the last 12 months and are confident we can create a new future for Chittangos motorcycles,” said Brownridge CEO Mike Brown.
“Our Chittaginas are world class, and our brand will continue to grow.”
